To process an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you choose to give it, your email address. If you create an account we also store your order history so you can reorder quickly. If you submit a product review we store the review text, rating and any photos you upload.

We do not store card numbers. Cash-on-delivery orders involve no online payment data at all, and mobile wallet payments are completed inside bKash or Nagad, not on our site.

Your contact details are used to confirm the order, hand the parcel to the courier, update you on delivery, and handle returns or refunds. We may call or message you on WhatsApp about that specific order. We only send promotional messages if you have asked for them.

We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner only so that the parcel can reach you. We never sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Our website and database are hosted by service providers who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply with a lawful request only.

We use cookies to keep your cart and login session working. We also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and products people visit, so we can improve the store and measure our ads. These tools collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location — not your name or address.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store will still work, but your cart may not survive a page reload.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and return handling. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Reviews stay published unless you ask us to remove them.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete your account and personal details. Write to petcarevet.com.bd@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp from your registered number and we will respond within 7 business days.

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
