How fast is delivery in Faridpur?

Orders placed before 4pm are delivered the same day inside Faridpur town. Outside Faridpur we ship nationwide through our courier partner and delivery normally takes 1–3 business days, a little longer for remote upazilas and the hill districts.
How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery inside Faridpur is a flat charge, and outside Faridpur the charge depends on parcel weight. The exact amount is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm, so there is never a surprise cost at the door.
Are all products original?

Yes. We buy directly from the authorised Bangladesh distributors of Me-O, Reflex, SmartHeart, Drools, Whiskas and the other brands we list. Every pack ships factory-sealed with a readable batch code and expiry date printed on the bag.
Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes — cash on delivery is available everywhere in Bangladesh. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. bKash and Nagad advance payment is also accepted if you prefer.
Can I check the parcel before paying?

You can check that the box is undamaged and that the product, flavour and weight match your order. Opening and using a sealed food pack before payment is not allowed, because an opened bag cannot be resold.
What is your return policy?

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a wrong, damaged or expired item, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery charge.
Which cat food should I buy for a kitten?

Kittens up to 12 months need a kitten-specific formula with higher protein, fat and DHA than adult food. Our kitten food page lists the packs we stock for that age group, and you can start with a small pack to check acceptance before buying a large bag.
How do I switch my cat to a new food?

Change food gradually over 7 days: 25% new food for two days, then 50%, then 75%, then fully new. A sudden switch is the most common cause of loose stool and food refusal in cats.
Do you sell pet medicine online?

We stock common deworming, tick and flea, and supportive care items. Because dosage depends on weight and condition, medicine is ordered through WhatsApp so our vet team can confirm the right product and dose before we ship.
Can I book a vet appointment?

Yes. Use the appointment page to request a consultation with our veterinary team in Faridpur. We confirm the slot on WhatsApp and can also advise on diet, vaccination schedule and deworming.
How should I store dry cat food after opening?

Keep the food in its original bag, roll the top down and clip it, then place the bag inside an airtight container away from sunlight. In Bangladesh's humidity, loose kibble in an open container goes stale and attracts mould within weeks.
How do I track my order?

After we hand the parcel to the courier you get a tracking number on WhatsApp or SMS. You can also message us any time with your phone number and we will check the current status for you.
