Opening hours

Our shop and vet counter in Faridpur are open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00am to 9:00pm, and on Friday from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. WhatsApp messages are answered within business hours, usually in a few minutes; messages sent late at night are answered the next morning.

Where we deliver

We deliver cat food, treats, litter and pet care items across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Inside Faridpur town, orders confirmed before 4pm reach you the same day. Dhaka, Khulna, Rajshahi, Chattogram, Sylhet, Barishal and Rangpur usually take 1–3 business days through our courier partner.

What to include in your message

• For an order: product name, pack size and your full delivery address with a phone number.
• For a delivery update: the phone number used on the order, or the tracking number we sent you.
• For a return or a damaged item: a clear photo of the pack and the outer box, sent within 24 hours of delivery.
• For advice: your cat's age, weight, current food and the problem you are seeing.
